A Little Bit About Me
As’salamulaikum,
Alhamdulillah, I am a practicing Muslimah who wears both hijab and jilbab. I dress modestly so no bright pinky sparkling hijabs as it loses the purpose behind covering.
I have been told my photos don’t give a true reflection and look younger, Alhamdulilah, but not much I can do with camera lighting. I appreciate some may have preferences; many mistake my background as an Arab, Pakistani, oriental etc, which helps as I am not cultured type for those who needs to know, nor do I know my language well unfortunately. Just as well as I can escape the interrogation by auntijies, phew!
Alhamdulilah I am upon the Quran and sunnah & try my best in all aspects of my Deen, which is something very close to my heart. Always close to the Quran, reflecting over the gems and Alhamdulilah only by grace of Allah completed Ijaza recently (on Tajweed) which I can’t empathise how important it is for oneself to really learn Bi’ithnillah.
I do not do any Milands or Khatams but don't disrespect anyone who does.
No doubt, it is always hard to describe yourself, so I'll mention few of what many have described me as - a loyal, loving & sincere person, with a good sense of humour. A practising sister who is supportive, has good sense of humour and always optimistic & hopeful.
I do consider myself simple (not overly materialistic but know how to treat myself once in awhile, okay maybe few times lol). I am an easy going person, family orientated, compassionate and mature.
I’m not into cinema or social media type of person but I have a good balance of Deen & Dunya. Bettering oneself always is important to me as we are not perfect & therefore believe in striving in all we do as a person for we will be accountable by Allah in all our affairs.
Other things I enjoy are sisters gathering and functions and love listening to varies lectures online, helping in charitable causes when I can and enjoy various sports (horse riding being the top of the list) but all this being within an Islamic environment (ladies only!).
Absolutely love nature, animals and long drives, walk in the park and different scenery.
Work wise - Currently work as a teaching assistant and a Quran teacher which at the moment is on pause while I finish few courses.
My main aim is to please Allah Azza wajal and goal is, as it is for everyone, to attain Jannatual Firdaws.
Would have loved to have married early but Qadr Allah, wasn’t meant to be - due to family responsibilities since dad (rahimullah) passed. Happy to give little more info on this.

I am looking for a life partner who is God fearing, respectful, strong, sincere, caring, loving & loyal.
A best friend, to share and support one another in good times and difficult times as marriage is a journey and one the most important contract in the sight of Allah. Someone that understands marriage is half of our Deen in supporting and compromising and honouring each other for the pleasure of Allah first & foremost.
A practicing brother upon Quran and Sunnah, who fears Allah in his conduct.
Will be nice to find someone who is family oriented, who has a big heart like me and strive towards goodness and want to raise a righteous family.
Someone who together we can enjoy life with what Allah blessed us with and within Islamic boundaries. Also someone who do not free mix with opposite genders (upholdIng segregation as I do).
I don’t mind any culture as I have Pakistani within my family. I have many nepthews who are half Pakistani and Bengali.
As our Prophet advised to seek a spouse with Deen and character (these are qualities I believe makes a successful marriage.)
Like many, I don’t like any boastfulness, arrogance type of character.
